With a vision to build something meaningful, Watar was created to redefine the relationship between people and movement enhancing the way we move, feel, and live, not just the way we look. As an athlete and movement artist, I experienced the body as more than something to train it is a system to understand, explore, and develop. I saw how modern training can often become disconnected from the body’s natural intelligence, focusing on outcomes while overlooking awareness, connection, and the experience of movement itself. Watar was created as a space where strength can coexist with fluidity, discipline with expression, and performance with self-awareness. A place where movement becomes a lifelong practice of learning, growth, and connection.
